Location hurts him. Stuff isn't that bad but plays well below avg due to command issues. FB sits @ belt. Struggles to get strike one. Once behind he starts grooving his offerings. Sits @ 86-87 , spins an ok CV but struggles to locate it within the zone. Too many command issues for him to be successful at the High A level where hitters are good enuf to punish mistakes."
